Buttermilk Ice Cream

Serves: about ten ½ – cup servings         

 Ingredients:
2 ½ Cups Buttermilk
1 ½ Cups Whipping Cream
1 1/3  Cups Sugar
1 Tablespoon First Quality Imitation Vanilla Extract

Directions:

1. In an 8-cup glass measuring cup with a spout, combine all ingredients. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Serve immediately or store in the freezer in a plastic container with a snap-on lid.

Paradise Quencher

Ingredients:

1 oz. Tropical Fruit Juice
6 oz. Ginger Ale
1/2 Professional Bartenders Banana Supreme Cocktail Mix

Directions:

1. Mix in blender with four (4) ice cubes. Blend. Pour into a Hurricane glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
Serves: 25
*1 Pkg 15.2oz. First Quality Sugar Free Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
2 1/2 cups Ice cold water
4 Tbsp. First Quality Cocoa Powder

Directions:
1. Add SF Fast & fancy to ice-cold water and mix at low-speed until moist. Scrape bowl.
2. Whip at high-speed 5 minutes
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
4. Portion. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

*You may substitute the water with Ice cold Coffee and turn this into a Cappuccino (yield may vary slightly)

Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients:
YIELD: 10 Cups

1 Pkg First Quality 15.2 oz. Sugar Free Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
2 1/2 Cups Ice cold water
2 Tbsp. Vanilla Flavoring

Directions:
1. Add SF Fast & Fancy to ice-cold water & mix at low-speed until moist. Scrape bowl.
2. Whip at high-speed 5 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended.
4. refrigerate 4 hours and spread over COOLED cake.

Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients:
Serves: 20
*1 Pkg 17oz. First Quality Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
1 1/2 cups Ice cold water
*1 1/2 cups Strawberries, Frozen (thawed)
*As Desired- Red Food Color

Directions:
1. Add Fast & fancy to ice cold water and mix at low speed until moist. Scrape bowl sides. 2. Whip at high speed 5 minutes
3. Puree strawberries to liquid state. Add to mixture. Whip 1 minute on medium speed.
4. Portion. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

*You may substitute the fruit for viariety: raspberry, Blueberry, Apricots, Peaches, etc..
*May substitute the color of the food coloring according to what fruit you use.
*You may substitute 17oz., Fast & Fancy with 15.2 oz. Sugar Free Fast & Fancy Mousse.

Sugar Free Mousse- Flavored with Puddings

Variations: Chocolate, Butterscotch, Lemon, Banana, Coconut, Etc…

1. Made with Dry Pudding Mix 
           1 Pkg. 15.2 oz. First Quality SF Fast & Fancy 
           3 Cups Ice Cold Water ( no ice particles)
           2 oz. First Quality SF Pudding Mix, dry
Directions: Add SF F&F to ice cold water. Mix at low speed until moist. Scrape bowl sides. Whip at high speed (5) five minutes. Gradually add Dry Pudding Mix to whipped base. Whip on medium/high unitl blended. Refrigerate (4) four hours.

1. Made with Prepared Pudding Mix 
           1 Pkg. 15.2 oz. First Quality SF Fast & Fancy 
           2 Cups Ice Cold Water ( no ice particles) 
           1 Cup  First Quality SF Pudding Mix, dry
Directions: Add SF F&F to ice cold water. Mix at low speed until moist. Scrape bowl sides. Whip at high speed (5) five minutes. Add prepared Pudding and mix at medium speed until blended. Refrigerate (4) four hours.

Margarita Mousse Pie

Ingredients:
YIELD: 10 CUPS
1 Pkg. 17 oz. Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
1 Cup Ice cold water (8oz.)
2 Cups Margarita Concentrate (thawed)
Green food coloring – as desired
2 Pie Shell (9″) graham Craker

Directions:
1. Add Fast & Fancy to ice cold water & mix at low speed until moist. Scrape bowl sides.
2. Whip at high speed five (5) minutes.
3. Add Margarita Concentrate
4. Portion five (5) cups per shell.
Refrigerate four (4) hours or overnight.

*Do not add Margarita concentrate until after Fast & Fancy has been whipped with water for five (5) minutes.

Blue Lagoon

Ingredients:
1 oz. Vodka
1oz. Professional Bartenders Blue Curacao
4oz. First Quality Lemonade

Directions:
Stir and serve on the rocks in a highball glass. Garnish with a cherry and lemon slice.

Blue Margarita

Ingredients:
1oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Professional Bartenders Blue Curacao
1 1/2 oz. Professional Bartenders Lemon S&S

Directions:
Shake & Strain. Serve on the rocks in a Margarita Glass. Garnish with Professional Bartenders  Margarita Salted rim and a like wedge.
