Ingredients:
2 oz. Professional Bartenders Strawberry Supreme Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz. Rum

Directions:
Shane and serve over ice. Garnish with a Strawberry.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Sloe Gin
1/2 oz. Professional Bartenders Strawberry Daiquiri
1 oz. Professional Bartenders Lemon S&S (Diluted)

Directions:
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 8oz. highball glass. Garnish with Lemon slice.

The Perfect Pina Colada

5 Gallon Machine:

Ingredients:
3 Qrts. Professional Bartenders Pina Colada
1-2 Qrts Dark rum

Fill to 5 gallons with water. Mix, freeze and serve.

Strawberry Milk Shake

Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Professional Bartenders Strawberry Supreme Daiquiri
3/4 oz. White creme de cocoa
1 oz. Professional Bartenders Cocktail Creamer

Directions:
Blend with ice. Serve in a cocktail glass.

Tom Collins

Ingredients:
3 oz. Professional Bartenders Lemon S&S (Diluted)
1 1/2 oz. Gin

Directions:
Stir with ice. Add club soda. Garnish with a lime slice and cherry.

Tequila Sunrise

Ingredients:
1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Professional Bartenders Grenadine Cocktail Syrup

Directions:
Top with orange slice. Serve on ice in a highball glass. **Sub the PB Grenadine with
 1 1/2 oz. PB Strawberry Daiq. for Strawberry Sunrise**

Strawberry Margarita (frozen)

Ingredients: 
4 oz. Professional Bartenders Strawberry Supreme Daiquiri
3/4 oz. Professional Bartenders Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1 1/2 cups ice

Directions:
Blend 10-15 seconds, pour into glass. Garnish with a Strawberry and serve.

Directions:

Mousse- Sweetened/ Flavored with Puddings

Ingredients:

1 Pkg. 17oz. Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
3 Cups Ice Cold Water
1/2 Cup Pudding Mix, DRY

Directions:

1. Add Fast & Fancy to Ice cold water. Mix at low-speed until moist.
2. Scrape Bowl sides.
3. Whip at high-speed five (5) minutes.
4. Gradually add Dry Pudding mix to whipped base. Whip on med/high until well
blended. Refrigerate.

For a larger group:

Ingredients:

1 Pkg. 4.25 lb. Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
3 QTS. Ice Cold Water
1 Cup Pudding Mix, DRY

Directions:

1. Add Fast & Fancy to Ice cold water. Mix at low-speed until moist. 2. Scrape Bowl sides. 3. Whip at high-speed five (5) minutes. 4. Gradually add Dry Pudding mix to whipped base. Whip on med/high until well     blended. Refrigerate.

With Prepared Pudding:

Ingredients:

1 Pkg. 17oz. Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
2 Cups Ice Cold Water
3 Cups Pudding Mix, Prepared

Ingredients: (for larger group)

1 Pkg. 17oz. Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
2 QTS Ice Cold Water
3 QTS Pudding Mix, Prepared

Directions:

1. Add Fast & Fancy to Ice cold water. Mix at low speed until moist.
2. Scrape Bowl sides.
3. Whip at high speed five (5) minutes.
4. Add Prepared Pudding and mix at medium speed until well blended. Refrigerate.

 

Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:
1 oz. Whisky
2 oz. Professional Bartenders Lemon S&S (Diluted)

Directions:
Shake and strain. Serve in a sour or rocks glass.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
