Fill highball glass 3/4 full with 7-up and ice. Float 1oz. cassis syrup and 1 oz. PB Sweet & Sour mix. Garnish witg lemon slice.

Brandy Spritzer

4 Drops Brandy Extract
1/2 oz. Professional Bartenders Bar Syrup

Mix in Collins glass with ice. Fill with soda. Garnish with lemon slice.

 

Citrus Cooler

Ingredients:
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Professional Bartenders Sweet & Sour Mix

Mix and stir with ice. Pour into Collins Glass.

Fuzzy Navel

Ingredients:
1 oz. Professional Bartenders Peach Supreme
3 oz. Orange Juice

Mix well. Add a splash of soda and serve in goblet.

Fort Lauderdale

Ingredients:
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
3 oz. Ginger Ale
Dash- Professional Bartenders Grenadine

Mix with ice. Pour into double rocks glass.
