Lime Freeze

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
3 oz. Professional Bartenders Lime Gimlet

Directions:

1. Mix in bleder with four (4) ice cubes. Blend and serve in a Hurricane Glass.

Peach Fuzz

Ingredients:

8 oz. Plain Yogurt
2 oz. Professional Bartenders Peach Supreme Cocktail Mix
4 oz. Club Soda
2 tsp. Sugar

1/4 tsp. First Quality Vanilla Extract

Directions:

1. Mix in blender with ice (as needed/desired). Serve in a Hurricane glass garnished with a peach slice and a cherry.

Paradise Quencher

Ingredients:

1 oz. Tropical Fruit Juice
6 oz. Ginger Ale
1/2 Professional Bartenders Banana Supreme Cocktail Mix

Directions:

1. Mix in blender with four (4) ice cubes. Blend. Pour into a Hurricane glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Daiqiuri Delight

Ingredients:
4 Cups Lime Sherbert, softened
1/4 tsp. Lemon Gimlet
1 Pkg 17oz. Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix

Directions:
Place Lime Sherbert in loaf pan lined with foil. Freeze sherbert 15 minutes. Prepare Fast & Fancy according to package directions. Fold in Lemon Gimlet. Spread Fast & Fancy mixture over the sherbert and freeze four (4) hours  or overnight. Invert loaf pan onto plate and remove foil. Cut into 12 dessert slices. Garnish with a Lime Slice.

Chocolate Shake

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Professional Bartenders Cocktail Creamer
1 oz. Professional Bartenders Bar Syrup
2 tsp. First Quality Cocoa
Dash Orgeat
Dash Bitters

Directions:
Mix well in blender. Pour into Hurricane Glass

Banana Berry Freeze

Ingredients:
1 oz. Professional Bartenders Strawberry Daquiri
1/2 Banana
3 oz. Cola

Directions:
Blend with ice to freeze. Serve in Goblet. Garnish with a strawberry

Parson’s Particular

Ingredients:
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Professional Bartenders Lemon S&S Crystals
1 Egg White

Directions:
Mix and shake with ice. Strain. Serve in cocktail glass. Top with Cherry.

Wabine Cooler

Ingredients:
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Dash Professional Bartenders Lime Gimlet

Directions:
Stir with ice. Pour into Collins glass. Fill glass with Ginger Beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
