Pudding Shots

Ingredients:
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Irish Cream Liqueur (Bailey)
1/2 Cup Vodka
3 oz. of First Quality Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding

Directions:
1. Whisk together milk, Irish cream liquer, vodka, and instant pudding mix in a bowl until blended well.
2. Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses or disposable “party shot” cups. Chill until set, about 30 minutes, The shots will have the consistency of mousse.

Chocolate Cherry Mousse

Ingredients:

1 Pkg. 17oz. Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
2 Cups Ice cold water
1/2 Cup Maraschino Cherry Juice
4 Tbsp. First Quality Cocoa Powder 10/12% Butterfat

Directions:

1. Mix Fast & Fancy according to directions.
2. Add FQ Cocoa Powder and mix until well blended.
3. Slowly add Maraschino Cherry Juice until well blended.

Add Kahlua, Tia Maria, Bailey’s, or Amaretto for additional fun!!!

 

Cappucino Mocha Mousse

Ingredients:

1 Pkg. 17oz. Fast & Fancy Mousse Mix
1 1/2 Cup Ice cold water (no ice particals)
1 Cup Ice cold coffee
2 Tbsp. First Quality Cocoa 10/12% Butterfat

Directions:

1. Mix Fast & Fancy per package directions.
2. Add Ice cold water, Ice cold coffee and FQ cocoa in with prepared Fast & Fancy.
3. Put in a coffee cup or ice cream cup. May sprinkle Chocolate shavings on top for
garnish.
